noobs needs help!

Hi all, I just start using OpenSuse 11.1 and have a few question. first, do I need any firewall, if so what kind. And how do I update my Suse OS. also, since I mostly use C#, where is the mono tool that come with this OS. I try looking for it but no luck. Also, where can I get more information about the source code that come with my OS program. thanks all in advance.

http://en.opensuse.org/YaST_Firewall Update should be on desktop otherwise you can always use yast. http://en.opensuse.org/Mono They have to make sources available but may not (is not) on your dvd.
