No Plugin to Handle MP3

I tried to run mp3 files with Rhythmbox, after my failed attempt with xmms and the error message I got was: there's no plugin installed to handle MP3.

Which plugin should I need to run MP3? Specific answer is much appreciated.

install different plugins:

went there, tried what were suggested, none worked. here's what i received:

TO INSTALL MP3-PLUGINS FOR Rhythmbox or Totem
[root@localhost xmms]# yum install gstreamer-plugins-mp3
Setting up Install Process
Setting up repositories
Reading repository metadata in from local files
Parsing package install arguments
No Match for argument: gstreamer-plugins-mp3
Nothing to do

FOR KDE MP3 PLAYERS:
[root@localhost xmms]# yum install kdemultimedia-extras
Setting up Install Process
Setting up repositories
Reading repository metadata in from local files
Parsing package install arguments
No Match for argument: kdemultimedia-extras
Nothing to do

well if you go to windows.com you can search for linux plugins its all free
