Is there a telephone based support for Linux? I am having trouble with a Suse linux computer.

Sure,

Novell bought Suse and they sell service for Suse.

Many contractors offer similar subscription based tech support.Not sure how to weed them out. Local companies and up to international.


Many companies also offer linux support on per ticket basis. I think even Best buy might have geeks linux trained.

If it is easy enough we might be able to solve it darn near free.

"Best Practices", Event viewer, host file, perfmon, antivirus, anti-spyware, Live CD's, backups, are in my top 10
