Comment:

Hi all,

I just installed redhat 8.0 and it doesnt detect my network card (Accton EN1207D-TX). Thats somewhat curious because other distributions like Deiban, Suse DO detect my network card proper, i have had never any problems with it.

So my question is: Where can i find a driver? How can i install it?

Thanks a lot

Thomas

Try at the RootShell: dmasg|grep eth0
Other useful command: lsdev
lspci

This will try to list interfaces.

If not try: modprobe tulip
If not: insmod tulip

Do a: ifconfig eth0
