Does anybody know the command in linux which is
"net send
in windows?

net send IP-ADRESS message

That uses some Microsoft networking protocol. It's probably not included in linux, but there may be a program that supports it if you search on google or something.

If you have samba installed:

# smbclient -M name.or.ip

Then type your message and end it with Ctrl&D
