I want to create my own linux... is there any site that can guide me with the procedure... I want my own linux on a CD that I can install just like other flavors (redhat, SUSE etc.). I want to create a 3 CD pack. Please help... thank you...

No offense, but if you even have to ask this question you are a long way away from being able to do this. You should read this. It won't directly answer your question, but it will help clear things up as to why you're asking it.

What's wrong with existing distributions? Why not just one of them?
