Hello
I have a redhat linux 7.2 and windows xp
on my computer (I installed them!)
is it possible for now to have a multiple boot at start up (from hard disk now I use floppy for linux)?
If yes how?
if no what should I do in next installation of my linux ? (my xp partitions are primary partitions and are ntfs)

--thanks in advance

when in redhat install grub or lilo
but first make a backup of your MBR to be on the safe side.
if it don't work ,don't panic ; you can change any time

I'm new at Linux, and have a laptop using Windows XP.I used partition magic to reduce size of XP partition. Loaded Linux Mandrake, but I guess I selected automated installation, now I don't have LILO and boot up selection between both OSes.
Could it be that the automated installation deleted my Windows XP partition?
