Yes, you can add Linux to the mix assuming that
you have an empty partition for it. During the
installation, it will give you a choice of
booting up your system. Please pick either
lilo or grub and add those two Windows OSes
to the list also so you can boot them up...
Always a good idea to create a bootable disk
while you're at it in case you need to get into
Linux again later...

Windows 2000 needs to occupy the MBR so you could install 2K last. Most people seem to use a bootdisk to boot linux, so you can just install linux to another parition and use a bootdisk. That way you don't mess up your current MBR and NT Loader.

I recommand you install Windows 98 first, then
Windows 2000, and Linux last. That way, you
can use either lilo or grub to boot up all
three of them... If you install Linux before
Windows 2000, Windows 2000 will wipe out your
lilo or grub from MBR so you have to boot Linux
using a floppy disk, then install lilo or grub
again!!! Why not make it easy for yourself...
Install Linux last. I have both Windows 2000
Server and RedHat Linux 8.0 running on a
same system and I use lilo (on MBR) to boot
up either one at the startup. No mess up of
MBR here at all!
