Are there any multi-OS boot disks that actually boot from floppy and NOT from hard disk (MBR)???

If you're talking about a boot manager, yes. I'd recommend Smart Boot Manager (search it, you can find the home page). There are many others, though, that run off of floppies.

Go for GAG (graphical boot manager).
