MS Exchange compatible Linux mailserver?

Is there such a thing? I would like to find a free mailserver
for Linux that supports Outlooks Calender and stuff...

I want to replace MS Exchange and NT with Linux. :)

Anybody who knows?

The only one I know of that supports everything just like MS Exchange Server does is TradeServer, but it's not free.
