You don't generally use drivers in linux..for your monitor you should just be able to use the custom setting (assuming you are using Xconfigurator) and use the custom monitor setting which will ask for your vertical and horizontal refresh rates (in the manual)...once entered you should be fine... next time please post a bit more info on what distro you are using and the like...
