Hello I am a Newbie trying to get an alcatell speedtouch modem working on Mandrake 9.1 and I need some advice. When I user Drakeconf tool the best I can do is get some lites flashing and thats about it. Some body else using the same setup found that if you install it in the beginning it works but I dont realy want to reinstall, There must be another way. This person said that if you do if after installing the network card it tries to use eth0 insted of ppp0, is there any way to force this? ThankYou very mutch for your time.
