Hi -

I downloaded and burned the 3 cds, tried the install.

After choosing which cd drive to use I get an error telling me that my cd is not a valid installation cd?

Did I burn the cd wrong?

Did you burn the iso's onto cd properly? ie.Not just burning the iso file as a whole but using a cd burning program (eg.Nero) that can burn iso's properly.

I used Nero. But I think I did something wrong. The files after downlaod showed up as being WinRar files? I extracted the contents and burned them.

Should I just have burned the "WinRar" files directly?

Don't extract that .iso file....

Use Nero to burn that .iso file, and click file then burn image..... theres an option to browse in your .iso file.

Good luck.

There's always the "md5 checksum" posted so you can verify that your file is okay. Find a program called md5summer and make sure your file.iso is good.

Don't burn too fast.. sometimes it's worth burning at slow speeds like 8 or even better 4x as the cd will last longer than a few months.

An like Joshua says, file menu, "burn image" and load the .iso file from nero.. don't drag and drop the file on a compilation.
