Not knowing much about anything, but how difficult (if you were capable of writing the programme, would it take hours or weeks) would it be for some one to make and application to down load from a website that could be run by one click of the mouse, that would install drivers etc. that would enable BT Voyager 100 usb modem users with Linux Mandrake or otherwise to access the internet. ? I would be very interested to know as would many thousands of new broadband users coming on line everyday having ditched 56K.

Hello I have the exact same problem as you, I found eciadsl drivers which support Voyager but not voyager 100. The guys at eciadsl replied saying the arcitecture is very similar but not the same. They also said if they had a modem they probably would write a driver. Go visit http://eciadsl.flashtux.org/index.php?lang=en and put in an enquiry maybe it will speed things up a bit

hi I have the same problem
I have posted a query on eciadsl and have looked around the web to see if there are any solutions out there.
Any way if anyone has some definite info it would be great to hear it

I actually managed to do something more.. if you change the VID1 to 1690 and the PID1 to 0209 then your modem will be recognized but i still have problems with the sync.. i tried to write my own .bin file by sniffing my USB port through windows and i created a bin file..but.. guess what..that didn't work! Maybe you could try it yourself.. if you manage to make BT Voyager 100 to work under Linux please drop me a line at: palesths@hotmail.com , cheers
