Mandrake 8.1 Install Problem

Im trying to install Mandrake but I keep getting an error message about not being able to uncompress the second stage ram disk.
I have no idea why so I cant even start to work my way around this.
The system is an IBM - Pentium MMX 200Mhz, 64Mb RAM, 4Gb HDD.

Are you using CD's you've purchased or did you download files and create a boot disk? What .img are you using?

I downloaded the iso files, burnt a cd, and am booting directly from there. You think it could be a bad image?

I am trying the same thing on a P166, 64RAM, 1.2 GB drive and I keep getting the same error. I am thinking that the 166 AND 200mhz may be too slow OR that 64MB RAM just doesn't cut it. I am also using a 430!FX chipset? I am getting more RAM and a 200mmx test CPU. I'll post results
