Mandrake 8 installation

I recently downloaded both ISO's for Mandrake 8.0 and during the installation (the language selection part) my keyboard and mouse just don't work. I have a Dell dimension, both my mouse and keyboard are PS/2. If it would help to know, my mouse works fine in windows but while in safe mode it can't detect it. I have heard of "Beta 2" which supposedly fixes PS/2 problems, but I don't know where to find it.
