Comment:
i am trying to create a linux (redhat 7.3) setup floppy by using rawrite and it seems to go ok until, after executing the rawrite command, it asks me for source image file location and i give it, and then it asks for destination floppy drive, and i specify a: and it starts to read the a: drive but then it always comes up with a "bad sector found" error message regardless of how many different floppies i try including ones i know are good, new ones, formatted ones, unformatted ones -- it doesn't matter what i do -- it always says bad sector found. what am i doing wrong or what can i do differently?

I assume you know that you can boot RedHat Linux using the first CD!!! And have you tried with another computer to create a bootable floppy disk? If you have access to Linux or any Unix, you can always download (or copy) a bootimage to a harddrive and "dd" it to a floppy disk.
