Making a bootable Red hat cd/dvd

Is it possible to make a bootable cd/dvd that loads a custom redhat 9 build including programs that are not included with red hat 9.
Basiclly I want a red hat 9 cd that loads like knoppix - ie it does not install just loads in the RAM so you can stick it in any system?
