Hi,

I think Red Hat 7.1 uses postfix by default.
It worked well out of the box for me on Mandrake 8.0/8.1.

change these accordingly to fit your environment:

myhostname = qube.foo.com
mydomain = foo.com
inet_interfaces = all
mydestination = $myhostname, foo.com, foobar.com, spam.com, spamfoo.com
default_transport = smtp
alias_maps = hash:/etc/aliases
alias_database = hash:/etc/aliases
mail_spool_directory = /var/spool/mail
relay_domains = foo.com, foobar.com, spam.com, spamfoo.com

I hope it helps.
