Hi, I have fedora 7- i386 Linux OS on my PC. I wanted to configure mail server on my machine, so that i can send mails using mail/sendmail commands. i have sendmail installed on my system. ours is a intranet network, which has following constraints. {for eg:} the domain name is xyz.com our mail ids are associated wid <username>@xyz.com and the hub which allow us sending mails is hub1.ad.xyz.com {where domain ad.xyz.com alows us to send mails, but emails are identified as xyz.com} i found out the ip of the hub//.... i have logged in as root into my linux pc, and our company's lan is connected to my machine.. now wht are the configuration settings i need to make to send mails frm my id... eg: my id is abc@xyz.com i login to my pc using root/some othr usrname now hw can i send mails frm my id abc@xyz.com to <any othr mailid>@xyz.com where as the ad server is ad.xyz.com and the hub which alows mails to send out is hub1.ad.xyz.com so wat r all the modifications i need to do to sendmail.mc and othr files to do the same ??? please do help me --srinivas n.srinivaz@gmail.com
