login to Gnome from a remote machin

Anyone know how to cause an "auto" login to the Gnome from a remote machine.

Does the remote machine have xdmcp setup? If so, you can setup your xdm to access it's xdm and you can login that way... If it doesn't and you have control of the remote machine, you can setup xdmcp... if you don't have control of the remote machine and can't get anyone to setup xdmcp, then the best I can think of is doing a manual start on the good ol' gnome.
