I have 40GB HDD. Initially I installed win2k on C:\ and winxp pro on D:\. All 4 drives are formatted with NTFS. Recently I have bought Mandrake 9.0 and installed on C:\ by deleting existing win2k OS. I have selected LILO as boot loader and added XP to LILO. when I am starting my system, I am able to boot into Linux with out any problem, but when I am selecting windows, the cursor is appearing on the blank screen. There is no action after that.
What could be the problem in my case. I can't afford to format and re-install both OS's again. Please give me solution.

First, could you post our lilo.conf Second, I would boot up with the WindowsXP CD and go to Recovery Console and then fix the mbr. This will overwrite the MBR and should allow you to boot to only Windows XP. BTW, make sure that you have a bootable Linux Rescue Floppy or the install CD.
After, this is done, Try re-installing LILO and see if it works.
