OS: Win NT4, 2000, XP, SuSE 9
CPU/Ram: 500MHz Celeron 256MB RAM;
Comment:

I use SuSE 9.0 as a file and print server. I can access the files on my Windows 2000 PC from the Linux machine fine (after supplying the Administrator password) but am unable to access the shares on the Linux machine from Windows 2000 despite supplying my root password or the password for my 'normal' user account. The Win2000 client is listed in the Hosts part of YaST2 and in /etc/hosts. I can PING the Win2000 machine from the Linux box and vice versa OK. I also cannot access my FTP server from Windows 2000, and am having the same problem. The HTTP server seems OK, though.

Any suggestions?????
