Here's my setup- I've got a Linksys router with several machines running into, completely mixed, couple Windows, a Linux, and an Apple. The Linux is running Mandrake 9.0 and the Windows boxes are XP pro. I have the linux box setup as a file server through samba, all the otehr machines on the network(including the Apple) can see the shared files and folders on the server. I setup an Epson Stylus 880 on the linux box and followed all the steps to share it through samba(it's installed using CUPS) it prints fine from the linux box itself and all the machines can see it, but when I try to print to it(proper drivers are installed on the clients) I get a message saying "Access denied, cannot connect" I have all the permissions on the printer open to everyone and I still get the same message. So what am I overlooking?

This may be of some help to you....
Mandrake uses a GUI program called Kups for configuring the file called /etc/cupsd.conf If it's not already installed, you can get the rpm and install it.
That file has a bunch of settings which controll access to the printer.
