Comment:

I have several power dell poweredge servers that are running RHEL 3. They are all dual (redundant) power supply servers that can run one power supply. I am trying to determine a way to know if power has been removed from one of the power supplies remotely. I am not looking for anything complicated (SNMP, etc...). I will gladl write something around it. Does anyone know of an easy way to get the dell to log when a power supply fails? Thanks in advance for any help.
