You can use windoze fdisk and just delete them.

1. Insert your "1st Installation CD", and re-boot. 2. At splash screen, press "F1". 3. Type "rescue". 4. Select "Go to Console". 5. Type "fdisk /dev/hda" 6. Enter "p" to get a list of your partitions. 7. Enter "d" to delete a partition. 8. Enter the number of the partition you wish to delete. 9. Repeat 7 & 8 until all the partitions you wish to delete have been removed. 10. Enter "w" to write the new partition table to your mbr. 11. Ctrl-alt-delte to re-boot.
I'm assuming you only have one hard drive. If you are deleting partitions from a second hard drive, you would enter "fdisk /dev/hdb".
