I tried to install Linux on my system that is based on RAID 0 (2 HD) using a on-board PROMISE RAID Controller. When YaST was starting a message appeared saying that no hardrives were recognized. How can I make Linux recognize my HD?

It don't need to recognize the HD, but the controler. Verify that this specific controler is supported by your linux distrib. The raid configuration by itself is transparent to linux anyway, since it will see one large disk.
