I think PPC is a version of Linux for Mac
machine. To see which distro has a version
for Mac, check out www.linuxiso.org...

Search Google for 'Virtual PC'

It's an emulator, comes in Windows and Mac versions. It can emulate most OSes.

Red Hat has a distribution for mac, Mandrake too. Normally, any version of linux should work on a mac. You can buy it because it is CHEAP.

Thanks for your answers...I am new to linux, so I didn't know about PPC. I have a Power PC at the office...6 GB HDD, 300 MHZ....and since we don't have much use for it, I am thinking to get it running linux or in case we wanna keep it like apple OS system install OS X jaguar.
