Give the manufacturer of that modem a phonecall requesting the driver... They made that stuff, so it should be their job to make you be able to use it the way you want it.

You could take a look at www.linmodems.org to see if linuxsupport for your modem is possible.

Sorry to tell you, but support of PCI modems under linux is not always possible, if it is possible but not autodetected and not mentioned at www.linmodems.org. Then I doubt it's worth the hassle of getting it to work.
