Linux Installation: SCSI Error

Hello All,
i am new to linux, when i try to install it from CDs it asks for installation media and then it ask for scsi driver and giving me a list. i tried all of drivers in list but nothing happened.. installation is not starting...
While i use the same cds on my other system, it installs well..
the system i am using now is
Intel 2.53GHz Processor with Intel 865GBF Main Board
ASUS CD-ROM and Samsung Hard Drive..
It is asking for scsi driver again and again.. plzz help

You also need to let us know which Linux distribution you're using.

The most likely culprit is that your hard drives are SATA drives, which are treated as SCSI. Your distribution probably doesn't have drivers to support your motherboard's SATA controller. The best bet would be to download a newer version of your distribution (if available).
