You can't. You'll need something like Winlinux or Armed linux to do that.

Wronnnggggggggg, he can. You need a program called VmWare to do that. but you have to install windows 98 se in Linux because it was made for Windows nt4.0 and up. You can install Linux in Windows if you get Windows 2000, Windows nt 4.0 or Xp, otherwise you have to install it in Linux.
