Currently I'm the only user of my computer. However I would liek to make a "guest" account so that anyone else can use my computer for internet/e-mail/etc. I on;y want the guest to be able to browse the web, have access to fiels in the "guest" usr folder, and run certain programs. I don't want them to be able to accesss any other files(even view them), and I don't want them to be able to change the settings of the quest account. How would I go about doign this?

pretty simple make a new account then set its options to the fields which you want to allow to your user like kppp for dailup (i m supposing you are on dailup) and other what so ever you want to but don't put them as admin or root if you don't check these options as root or admin they will be not able to browse or check your folders. thinkg you will get it?
