Hi,

I was trying to FTP using netscape on RedHat 7.2
Usually (on windows IE) i get a prompt box for name and password, but on RedHat netscape, it gave me the message "530 use anonymus cannot log in"

Any suggestions?

Yes you can just type the url in Neptscape like this:

ftp://username:password@someftp.com
