On the CD's that you downloaded or within Package manager or software update, there are some WU-FTP RPMS, install those and then configure your FTP from there.... Some people also use Pro-FTP, but I believe that WU-FTP is much easier.
Once installed you have to makes sure the the FTP server is running in services..
