i have linux ( redhat and libranet ) running ont two boxes so im allready familliar with linux (on a limited basis) so far ive had no problems with linux but i was considering changing my main system to linux so i downloaded the latest release of knoppix (3.2) 9/03 and though it loads fine on my other boxes on my main machine i have display problems im thinknig its because i recently added a second monitor and video card (ive run knoppix on this box before no problem)
but no video card two dosnt even seem to load since the other monitor remains black
and on the main monitor it looks like its overlaying two displays with an offset of about 4 inches (vertical offset) making the display less then usefull
is this common with linux and dual video cards or is there a work around id like to know before i delete xp off this box
specs are as follos
agp =nvidia geforce 4 ti 128 ddr
pci =nvidia geforce 2 mx 32 ddr
bios is set to use agp first and this is the one working(or should i say kinda working...) any intell or help greatly appreciated
thanks

A little quick to repost, don't you think?

Post your /etc/X11/XF86Config file (might have a "-4" on the end of the filename) and we might be able to help.
