I want to run Red Hat 7.1 on my PC at work but I have to be able to open and modify an Access DB that resides on a Win2k Server. Anyway to do this? Is there a terminal services client for Red Hat that would allow me to connect to the server? Thanks, any sugegstions greatly appreciated.

Not a database expert but one way that springs to mind is to export the data to a spreadsheet, open it in a Linux spreadsheet, then deal with it and/or transfer it back (import into Access) as necessary.
The obvious choice is Star Office which understands Excel (probably equivalent to MS Office 97 standard). Access will export to Excel and Star Office will pick it up.
As you probably know, Star Office is available for Windows and Linux and version 5.2 has the Adabas database built in, if this is of any help.
Star Office for Linux is a free download from Sun.com. The Windows version has been sculling around as a free issue on mag cover CD's for around two years.
