Just out of curiousity, why am I getting 7 frames a second with Tuxbox? I have a Gefrorcce 3 and just installed Redhat 7.2. Thanks.

Have u installed the latest nvidia drivers? the nv driver that comes with XFree86 by default doesn't have hardware 3d acceleration, so your games will be software rendered, hence the slow framerate. I advise getting the .src.rpm of the kernel driver so u can compile it for your system. Follow the README that comes with the nvidia drivers to install.
