I just installed Fedora Core 4 onto my laptop and now my wireless card doesn't work on it. It's a wireless G w/ speedbooster made by linksys. Are there any drivers I can get either from linksys or from a 3rd party?

Check the hardware compatibility list to see if that item is even supported by Fedora. G is still pretty new to Linux. Other distributions may have a working solution, or you can google for NDISwrapper and read on that for a while.
You can avoid many of these Windows problems with Linux. Linspire eases the transition for new users
