Try icepack linux or mandrake or peanut linux.. I only heard bad stuff about lindows.

If you really wanna keep lindows, open a terminal window and try to run adsl-setup. If it doesn't run either it's not in your path or not installed (one thing I head about lindows is that there is a LOT of menus that lead to not-installed-yet apps (sadly like icepack linux download ver)).

So you can try to see if he package is installed (run mc and in the menu search for a file named "adsl-start" or "adsl-stop". You can also look in /usr/sbin (I think it's the default location)

If it's there all you have to do is open a terminal windows and make the directory current ( cd /usr/sbin) and type ./adsl-setup

If you don't have it installed download (using windows i Guess...) rp-pppoe rpm and install it. after that run adsl-setup.

Do not skip the dns server info in adsl-setup. Enter the ip of both dns server if possible.

last, ad to /etc/rc.d/rc.local (linux's autoexec.bat) adsl-start as the last line.

Good luck
