Bit of a newbie -- dumb question, I'm sure, but I can't find the controls to turn on launch feedback. My 500 mHz PIII is just slow enough to keep me wondering if things are launching. An hourglass (or *something*) would be nice.
The documentation for Gnome 1.4 suggests that there should be a "Launch Feedback" section in the gnome control center (gnomecc) but there is not.
MAIN-MENU -> Programs -> Settings -> Desktop is also no help.
