Konqueror loads but doesn´t start.

When I click a url link in Kontact it will open Konqueror, but Konqueror won't start. It keeps loading without starting and locks up the session. Only way out is to end the session. I'm running Suse 10 with KDE 3.5 Any ideas for a recently converted-to-SUSE- from-WinXP user?
