how do I install exe programs on linux? rpm wont recognize battlecom i know i have to make a program to install exe files, but not sure how to go about it

Also, there is vmware (virtual machine)
The SuSE distro has a 30 day trial version

WINE is a software package that masquerades and redirects api calls made by win executables. It uses it's own set of counter-
feit libraries or the .dlls of the mounted
windows partition. it is not totally reliable with 32 bit applications and has considerable problems with directx stuff.
VMware is an emulator that allows windows to
reside in it's own virtal environment on top
of linux, so that you are running two os's at the same time.
it's really up to you which way you want to
go; wine is free however..
