ISO to FreeBSD bootable (i.e. nero)

I downloaded FreeBSD 5.0 by ftp in iso format and want to make a bootable cd from this with nero. Is it true that when i select to make a new 'ISO-cd', then select the iso file, the cd software unwrapes the iso file and burns a nice bootable cd-rom with FreeBSD and that when i view the cd in for example win$ows explorer all directorys are visable like when you unwrap the iso file?
