I have Redhat 6.1 now.........does Redhat 6.2 have enough improvements to warrant the time to download.

Hi m8,

I don't use RedHat, but I know someone who doe. He rekons it is, but only if you need cutting edge software for something. My suggestion would be to download and compile a newer version of the kernel from:

http://www.kernel.org

Currently version 2.2.14 (stable version anyway, I use 2.3.14 :)). The only other notable upgrade would be XFree 86 server, which needs a newer version, and KDE 2.

Good luck

Mike
