Hi, my name is Christiano.
I've configured iptables and squid with some basic rules, just to get a simple firewall.
It was working properly, until I receive this error message from Outlook Express:
" The message could not be sent because it's destination was rejected by the server. Protocol: SMTP, Server error: '550.5.7.1 <email adress>... Relaying denied. IP name possibly forged [firewall IP adress]', Port: 25, Safe port(SSL). Error number: 550. "
Please, help me.
Thanks in advance.

That looks more like a problem with your mail server (sendmail, qmail, postfix etc)...

Or your email client configuration. In Outlook, try checking for mail before you send any. Under Tools|Options|Send is a checkbox which reads something like "send messages immediately". Uncheck that box. It's a practice of some email servers to require clients to check email before sending, to verify that you using the account as more than a relay.

-3Dave, it's not a problem with my mail server (Sendmail). That's I know for sure. I appreciated you help; more suggestions are welcome.

-anonproxy, I've unchecked that box in Outlook and the problem continued. Thank you. Any suggestions are more than welcome.

Aside from configuration digging, I can only suggest trying a different email client, attemting to telnet to the mail server, and checking the server logs.
