Check out post #16657. I started out knowing nothing about linux gaming (running windows games on Linux). Now, after lots of digging around and sleepless nights, I'm running:
Age of Empires 2 Spiderman Madden NFL 2002 Winamp
Currently testing: The Sims Star Wars: Jedi Outcast Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds
But, anyway, I was wondering... How worthwhile would it be to post a set of online instructions on how to get from point A (running nothing) to Point B (running apps like these). I would not mind doing it, as other people's posts is what helped me get to this level of linux gaming satisfaction; however, I will only do it if enough people are interested. Email me or reply to this post to let me know.
