I have diveded my hard into four partions using Partition magic.

1st - FAT32 7GB
2nd - EXT2 8GB
3rd - SWAP 300MB
4th - FAT32 5GB

When I started to install redhat Linux7 ,a program called DiskDruid asks for partitioning. How do I have to select the above patitions in DiskDruid(as root,/,home, or var etc..)

Instructions for Disk Druid, as well as general partitioning info, can be found on Redhat's support site.
