Hi,
Iv been working with linux for several years now, but only on a PC platform. Recently in an auction I bought a Sun Ultra 10 to have a play around with, it boots up great, only problem is that it came with no manuals and I have no idea of the root password. Thus I thought "Nevermind I just want to install linux on it so I'll install it".
Only problem, I can't seem to boot from debian sparc cd's or floppies.... Any help or ideas would be greatfully recieved.
and check out some documentation on them. (I used them during my years in the Government, but unfortunately don't remember much about them, other than they were great and very reliable workstations. LOL)
HTH
Best regards...
