Installing Drivers in Linux

I have a Diamond Monster II MX300 Sound card and I wanna install drivers for it on Mandrake 8 linux. The drivers are here:
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=8109&release_id=20020

How do I install these drivers? Someone help me out plz, I'm newbie to linux!

type: sndconfig
if it works - good
doesn't - change card or try other distro
good luck
