Try to install the windows first and try to install the Linux Next......So that you can configure dual boot in the system......

i think u did not understand my question well. i already have win xp . i dont have linux 9 cds . the dump is in the d: drive of my partion . i have copied the linux cds there. now tell me how to install it from there.
